1. Company information

ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited is an Indian private limited company, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U62013RJ2023PTC090277, having its registered office at 45-46, Shiv Marg, Guru Jhambeshwar Nagar A, Block E, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021, India (“ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited”).

2. Company’s Services

ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited offers to its clients (the “Clients”) services of image and video creation using artificial intelligence.

The services are accessible through the platform 1tap.video developed by ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited and available at https://app.1tap.video (the “Platform”) or through its API (the “API”).

The services offered on the Platform (the “Services”) are accessible via:

  • Standard offers as described on the Platform (“Standard offers”)
  • A customized offer made following a call and summarized at the time of purchase (the “Customized offer”)

(together an “Offer”)

The API is only accessible to the Client if they subscribe to a Customized offer.

3. Information regarding the Terms and Conditions

Function of the Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) constitute the sole document governing ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited's contractual relationship with the Client and define (i) the terms of use of the Services and (ii) the respective obligations of the parties.

The Client can find them via a direct link at the bottom of the Platform page.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

The Client accepts the Terms and Conditions when registering on the registration form. If the Client does not accept all Terms and Conditions, they cannot access the Services. The Terms and Conditions may be supplemented by special conditions which, in the event of contradiction, shall prevail.

4. Hierarchy with the payment service provider’s terms of service

All payments made through the Platform are handled by the payment service provider indicated on the Platform (the “Payment Service Provider”). The Client will contract directly with the Payment Service Provider by accepting its terms. If the Payment Service Provider rejects or terminates the Client’s Subscription, the Client may not use the Services. Conversely, termination of the contractual relationship between the Client and ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited will result in termination of the Client’s contract with the Payment Service Provider.

In the event of contradiction between the Payment Service Provider’s general terms and these Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail. The Client expressly mandates ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited to transmit to the Payment Service Provider all instructions relating to payments made on the Platform.

5. Conditions of access to Services

The Client is a legal entity acting through a natural person with authority to contract in the Client’s name and on their behalf. The Client is a professional acting within the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal or agricultural activity, including when acting in the name of or on behalf of another professional.

6. Technical requirements

To access the Services, the Client must have a computer, a reliable internet connection, and Google Chrome.

7. Order of the Services and access to the Services

The Client subscribes to the Services on a subscription basis (the “Subscription”). Each Subscription grants credits corresponding to a number of videos that can be generated on the Platform (the “Credits”), as indicated in the Offer.

The Client must enter their email or sign in via a listed third-party website. The Client expressly authorizes ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited to access their account data on the relevant third-party site.

7.1 Standard offers’ Subscription

For a Standard offer, the details appear directly on the Platform for the Client to choose and subscribe.

7.2 Customized offers’ Subscription

After completing the form, the Client is contacted to identify needs. ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited will send a personalized offer to be validated and paid via a link. Payment constitutes acceptance of the Customized offer Subscription and these Terms and Conditions.

7.3 Opening and creating a Workspace

Payment automatically opens a workspace (a “Workspace”) for the Client. The registered email is designated administrator and may invite Users up to the number specified in the subscribed Services. Each new Workspace requires a separate Subscription.

8. Description of the Services

Before subscribing, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the characteristics and technical constraints of the Services on the Platform. Service quality depends on internet connectivity for which ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited is not responsible.

8.1 Image and Video generation

ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited offers creation of Images or Videos from:

  • A catalogue of images and videos made by creators in different environments (“Media Models”)
  • Images and videos owned by the Client (“Client Media”)

The Client uploads a script or prompt to generate Media that integrates the script, including (for videos) lip-syncing and voice cloning. Multiple Media outputs consume corresponding Credits.

8.2 Edit Image or Video

To modify a generated Image or Video (e.g., overlays, subtitles), the Client must download it and edit offline, respecting the “Intellectual Property” article. Alternatively, they may request paid modifications from ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited.

8.3 Other services

ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited reserves the right to offer other Services.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1tap.video follows Indian law for cancellations and refunds.

  1. No Refunds

    1tap.video has a strict no-refund policy. All payments made—unused credits, partial use, downgrades, mid-cycle cancellations, or dissatisfaction—are non-refundable once the subscription is active or content is generated.

  2. Free Trial (Available Upon Request)

    1tap.video does not provide automatic free trials but offers demos or trial access on request. Email magic@1tap.video to request.

  3. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Management

    • Upgrade: Pay the prorated difference; billing cycle unchanged.
    • Downgrade: Takes effect immediately; credits remain; no refunds.
    • Cancel / Resume: Manage from dashboard. Cancellation effective end of current period. Resume does not restart billing. Cancel at least 72 hours before renewal.

10. Maintenance, hosting, and technical support

10.1 Maintenance

The Client benefits from corrective and ongoing maintenance. Access may be limited or suspended during maintenance. Certain new functions may be chargeable.

10.2 Hosting

The Platform and data are hosted on professional servers located in the United States and European Union.

10.3 Technical support

Support is available Monday–Friday (India time, 9 am–6 pm, excluding public holidays) via the Platform. Response time is estimated per request.

11. Modification of the Offer

Clients may upgrade or downgrade Offers. Upgrades start immediately and carry over unused Credits; downgrades take effect at renewal and unused Credits are lost.

12. Duration of the Services

Subscriptions begin on the day of subscription for the initial period and renew automatically for identical periods unless terminated under “Termination of the Services”.

13. Financial terms

13.1 Price of Services

Prices are shown on the Platform (Standard offers) or in the Summary (Customized offers) in U.S. dollars, exclusive of tax. Unused Credits are not refundable or carried forward.

13.2 Invoicing and payment terms

Invoices are issued each period. Payment is by direct debit via the Payment Service Provider or by bank transfer. The Client warrants authorization to use the chosen payment method.

13.3 Exceeding Credits and overage price

When Credits are exceeded, Standard offer clients must wait for renewal or request a Customized offer; Customized offer clients are invoiced at the additional-credit price.

13.4 Consequences of late payment

ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited may suspend Services and charge interest (3× legal rate) plus a ₹4,000 collection fee for late payments.

14. Intellectual property rights and image rights

14.1 Platform

The Platform and content are ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited’s property. Clients receive a non-exclusive SaaS licence during the Subscription.

14.2 Video Models

ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited guarantees rights to use Video Models. Clients must not extract or reuse Video Models without written authorization. Breach incurs a ₹50,00,000 lump-sum indemnity per violation.

14.3 Generated Videos

Subject to restrictions, Clients receive a non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, and make limited modifications to Videos worldwide for the Subscription duration. Prohibited uses include illegal, hateful, misleading, or competing purposes. Breach incurs ₹50,00,000 per violation and potential deletion requests subject to ₹10,000-per-day delay penalties.

14.4 Integrated Elements

Scripts, Client Videos, and other elements remain the Client’s property. The Client grants ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to deliver and improve the Services. The Client guarantees non-infringement and indemnifies against claims.

15. Testimonies

ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited may translate, adapt, and distribute Client testimonials on the Platform and affiliated media for promotion, free of charge.

16. Commercial references

Each party may use the other’s name, brand, and logo as commercial references during the contract and for three years thereafter.

17. Client’s obligations and liability

The Client must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, ensure User compliance, and use the Services lawfully. The Client is responsible for Scripts, Integrated Elements, and API usage limits, and indemnifies ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited against misuse claims.

18. ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited’s obligations and liability

ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited provides the Services diligently on a best-efforts basis and complies with applicable regulations, but does not guarantee error-free Services or liability for access issues outside its control.

19. Limitation of ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited’s liability

Liability is limited to proven direct damages capped at amounts received in the previous 12 months, except for bodily injury, death, and gross negligence.

20. Admissible modes of proof

Proof may be established by any means, including Platform messages and data collected on ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited’s systems.

21. Personal data processing

Each party processes personal data of the other party’s contacts as a data controller in accordance with applicable regulations. See the Platform’s privacy policy for details.

22. Confidentiality obligations

Both parties must keep non-public information confidential during the contract and three years afterwards, subject to usual exceptions.

23. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by force majeure. If it lasts more than 30 working days, ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited may terminate the contract.

24. End of Services

The Subscription must be terminated no later than 72 hours before the end of the current period. The Client must download any Images or Videos they wish to keep before termination.

25. Sanctions in the event of breach

The contract may be terminated automatically after 15 days’ notice (or immediately for serious breaches such as non-payment or IP violations) without compensation.

26. Modification of Terms and Conditions

ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited may modify these Terms with at least 10 calendar days’ notice. If the Client does not accept the modifications, they must terminate their Subscription.

27. Language

In case of contradiction or dispute as to meaning, the English language version shall prevail.

28. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. In the absence of amicable agreement within two months, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, except where mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
